I bought this trimmer to de-pill my Patagonia better sweater. I had previously attempted to de-pill it with a sweater stone, which (possibly due to operator error) seemed to create more pills than it removed. This trimmer is rather large, but it is easy to hold and easy to use. I just lay the sweater flat and run the trimmer lightly across the surface. No snagging or pulling. The blade cuts the pulls quickly and neatly. The sweater looks almost like new. The trimmer comes with replacement blades which is nice. It is very light and somewhat cheap feeling but, for me, works very well and much better than a sweater stone.

I bought this product because I sow awesome reviews so I decided to give it a try. Amazing results. Clothes are like new once all the “ bobbly bits” were removed.Costs a bit more than most but certainly well worth it as I’ve bought several similar, cheaper,varieties in the past and they were useless and still stuck in my cupboard.BTW This is a completely independent, genuine review and I have nothing to do with this manufacturer .
