They are okay
My dog took them even though they were for my wrist exercise she thinks everything is for her 🙄

Help with sons motor skills
My son needed extra work on fine motor skills who is five, it really did strength his hand and helped with his hand writing. Good quality, he found it fun like a game.

The rubber balls/ bands are too hard
I could barely use these balls and the rubber finger gadgets were far to stiff to be of any use. Really disappointed, especially as they appear to be rated highly!!

Balls good stretchers not so good
Balls are a good size for hand exercises, stretcher holes too small to fit fingers, perhaps a child hand would fit.

The stress balls are too hard. The hand grip strengtheners are not suitable for adult hands. I am rejecting them.
