I really like the foil side of the pad. Easy to use, good quantity for the price. The foil is the side for the adhesive patch not your skin. I really like the effectiveness after 1 week of use. These patches have helped the swelling in my ankles/feet from my desk job/sitting a lot. The texture of my skin and nails has improved as well. Charcoal in the product, this means it will turn black with moisture. There's no foul smell and I barely notice the warmth, its pleasant.

I have used several food detox pads and am very happy with this brand, especially the value of the price I paid for 100. I wish they were one piece, but it only took a little longer to apply the pad onto the adhesive and then stick to the bottom of each foot. The first morning, I had a lot of black goo, so they are working. I haven't felt other benefits yet, but Im sure that will come with time. I plan to use these until there is no more black in the morning, and the reasonable price for these makes that possible.

First use, barely any black, however the sticky pad kept coming off my foot, so applied paper tape around my foot, and all black in the am. Pain relief seems to of helped, but I was sceptical that it was just to create moisture, so applied one to my stomache while I did chores, and sweated a lot, no color change, also applied water to the other, again no color change.. so. I assume it works

I did get a good nights sleep and I did wake up feeling rested and energized. I have bought more for myself as well as some friends. Thanks

I'd use these before and they work pretty well they actually pull the bad stuff out of you they're a detox for the toxins out of you. when you use them for the first time though they're pretty icky cuz they're on the bottom of your feet for when you pull them off from overnight you think oh my goodness I didn't think I had that many toxins in me but I did

So far I’ve only used once and I loved the results. I will probably use once a week. The only thing I didn’t like was the mess it made of my sheets. I will have to take better care next time.

I used this product to remove toxins ffom the bottom of my feet which was not properly represented. No toxins appeared on the pads in the morning.Maggie Colburn

Verifiable Review:Tried these things out last night…. Not sure what I was expecting for $15 bucks, but I liked the ingredients so I took a shot on them…They seemed to get decent reviews so why not!Anywho…. I slept pretty decent last night (don’t typically sleep well… but tend to get decent rest when I wear The original Takara foot patches)Anywho… Takara patches are insanely expensive for the amount you get, but I vouch for them over the years as they’ve always seemed to work…I was hoping for good results from these patches as well…As far as these patches go, I’m stating off with a 4* Review and will adjust with updates…. But so far I enjoyed the first night’s sleep and experience…I felt rested when I woke up at 4:49 am (way too early)Also strangely enough these are the first foot patches that I have tried that actually left a gooey wet black slime on my feet after removing the pads…. Not sure yet what that’s about…..Is that a sign that they really were working and pulling or is it just a combo of ingredients that leave behind a residue from prolonged use/heat???IDK I haven’t read that yet in any other review…With that in mind, I’ll keep using these and alternating with another brand I’m trying as well, as I try to figure out which one or ones I like best that also saves me some $$$ from having to buy the expensive brand I mentioned above.Check back for updates soon!!!😎✌️#JustJesus
