I ordered the Hossian Chunky Glitter for my daughters to use on their nails. They like flashy, sparkly, glittery things and so I thought it would be a win. The girls did like the glitter, but my younger daughter likes to pick off her nail polish (and glitter) almost as soon as it’s dry on her nails.So, instead of using the Hossian glitter for nails, we started using it in crafts. It works a little differently than normal glitter because of the size and shape. However, it adheres well to school glue and makes their papers very pretty and sparkly. Worked great for my resin cups and many crafts! The glitter is perfect for so many crafts! It’s the right size for making glitter cups! It’s not the kind of glitter you’d want for fine glitter crafts. It’s much thicker for doing resin and crafts like that. You get a nice variety.

I was surprised how tiny these jars are! Barely contained enough glitter for one project! The colors themselves were beautiful and vibrant, but the lack of quantity really threw me.Standard quality chunky glitter, nothing extraordinary or special. A good starter set if you aren't looking to spend a lot of money on quality glitters yet.

But it is really a bit too large for decorating a tumbler; however, I have several different resin molds and this glitter with some larger pieces looks great in earring and coaster resin pieces! Glitter comes in a nice set of colors for all your projects.

The many different colors you get with this glitter is great. Though all packaged separately, it’s easy enough to combine them to create a rainbow effect. The different sizes also helps with creating different looks or projects, depending on how you want to use it. It could possibly be a detriment if you’re looking for glitter that’s all one size, but I personally like the variation.The quality itself seems good. The glitter is lightweight and easy to stick to skin or other things with a bit of adhesive. The one downside I have, and is more quality control than anything, is that 4 of the 12 jars of glitter were not screwed down tightly. Glitter was loose in the packaging and got everywhere when I was pulling the jars out of the box. Not a huge deal, it isn’t super fine glitter that has to be wiped up or gets really stuck on things. But it caused that slight issue right away as I was pulling them out.Overall, a nice set of different colored glitters that would be useful for a large variety of different projects, from applying to skin for festivals to arts and crafts projects.
