The name of the item nor the weight is mentioned anywhere on the packet as per product details on Amazon’s website:“Active Dry Yeast Powder, Instant Yeast, Yeast for Baking Pizza, Yeast for Breads, Dry Yeast 200GM”.How would anyone know if it’s dry yeast or instant yeast because the details on the website says “dry yeast twice and instant yeast once”......confusing!!!
