Great little pan
Very versatile little pan with good non-stick properties/easy clean-up

Best frying pan
Absolutely the best frying pan. The cooking surface is unlike any other. It's not just a Teflon coating that wears off. Instead it's a textured metal surface that resists sticking food. I guess it's the texture.I own three of these. This one is just 20cm, which is perfect for frying one or two eggs.I've owned frying pans by Le Creuset, and Tefal, and this is better than either of those.

Good enough
I usually use aluminium pans and PTFE as I try to look after them. So 8 years before replacement is common. I was interested in a this pan as it can take higher cooking temps'. Able to make the classic fried breakfast as well as Croque Madam. No problems with crispy meats, egg and cheese sandwiches. Cleaning easy to do, slight brown sheen where I failed to scrubbed some burnt oil off. Overall it met my expectations.Pros - cheaper than market leader, still a premium brand, no PTFE, minimum oil use for cooking, induction compatible.Cons - a bit weighty, may need a scrub to get it shiny - hence 4*. I would recommend this pan if the price is right, sub £45 in 2023 is my decision point, yours will be different.
