Used it to make some bath-bombs for mom for Christmas. Really straight forward, easy, works great, and is stunning visually. All I’ll say is I had an idea in my head for how well they would actually turn out (how much detail would actually transfer) and I was blown away. Having the ornate shapes takes them to a whole new luxury level (for cheap!)Cleaning it is something that depends on how careful you are (or have two people like I did) because the main chamber is easy, but if it gets up in the spring or handle it’s a little more difficult without running it under water.

The product price point was good.

My daughter and I tried makeing bath bombs for christmas presents. We thought the mold would make the bath bombs look fancier. We quickly discovered that the consistancy of bath bombs work best with the traditional round mold.This mold was of good quality and will work well for other substances (Cookies maybe?) but I would not recomend it for bath bombs.

Can not believe we made moon cakes in the very the first try. Look at the photo attached. We thank for some youtubers who posted recipes.It is so easy and professional look.Only one small complaint is the press is a little flimsy and will fall off after the press. I locked it by a 10 degree rotation, it seems like not locking well. Anyway, for $13, the price to buy a case of 6 moon cakes, I can have a set of tools that I can use hundreds times to make many home made preservatives-free fresh moon cakes. It worth it.

After returning two previous orders from other companies, finally we got this one today. The first order has a set with wrong size flats. The sets coming from the second order are too small— my fault for not checking the size carefully. The sets this time are fitting and appears to be in good quality. We are going to make moon cakes soon, even it’s too late this year.

For the price, the product gives a good number of pattern to choose from. The cakes came out fine and patterns look good on the cake.It is unfortunate that sometimes it is not easy to put on the mold pattern to the press mechanic. It needs slight twitch for the lips on the backside of the mold pattern to catch the top lips of the handle. You need to align them well before you twitch to latch mold to the handle. If you miss this then mold could caught on angle with one side lip caught. In that position, it is difficult to twitch the other way to undo. In addition to this, there are plastic parts (handle etc.) that attached to metal rod may break loose if you use too much force and that will potentially damage the unit.

These are great fun to play with . Perfect size for my projects plus you can mold out cookies or briskets or whatever.

The square mold plates aren’t that great as there are gaps in between that traps the dough and makes it hard to come out.

Do the job, good quality, like it

Used the smaller ones for making shortbread cookies. The design doesn’t stay through the baking but I didn’t expect it to. Was the perfect size and cookies were fast to cut out which is exactly what I was looking for. The design plate did fall out about every 30 cookies, but I just locked it in place again. I would highly recommend. Great value for price
