I’m truth I didn’t know what to expect, but after receiving very quickly I understood why it had high reviews.In my opinion it was very easy to use and a nice alternative to using a roller and cold packs. It is naturally cold so adds a nice cooling feeling and due to its size really handy to hit specific sore muscle areas.For the price it’s worth a shot!

Great product and value for money. It’s easy to use myself on my shoulders and neck with the added bonus of being able to chill it. I was that impressed I bought another and sent it to a friend who was also suffering with a bad back.

For several years I have had severe pains in my legs, mostly occurring during the night and resulting in chronic insomnia. I have been on several medications such as Pregablin with limited success. The only real relief was obtained with prolonged showering of my legs with really cold water. I would do this 2 or 3 times a night. Although this is not too unpleasant over the summer months, in winter it is somewhat soul destroying.I came across the Beenax cold massage roller ball a couple of weeks ago while browsing Amazon for any sort of relief from my pains. So far I have been very pleased with the results The item is well made and bigger than I had anticipated given the low price. For me the great advantage of the Beenax is that you can work it directly into the affected muscle rather than shower the whole area. I keep it in the freezer in the little bag it comes in and when needed it is cold enough to be useful but not unbearable. I was encouraged enough to order another which I place in the freezer when I take the other out to use.All I can say is that you believe in cold therapy this is a very useful tool. It is convenient, fast working and very easy to clean. It is not a miracle cure for chronic pain. I find relief lasts about an hour but that has helped me gain a little much needed sleep. If pain is very bad it is less successful but then so is taking a cold shower which requires more effort and willpower.

No Instructions provided .It came in a bag as shown in the photo .Went on the website and Facebook to look details of how to use and if I could use with massage oil . There is no Facebook page as it said on the card in the bag and website was a selling page .Haven’t used yet will need to research

I have tennis elbow and find this device very helpful in my recovery. I would strongly recommend it. You need to use it about ten minutes a day for couple of weeks and it's cheap compare to similar products. You could leave it in the freezer all the time and it won't get damaged.
