The 16x16'' frame is basically ok, with glass ok, so far so good, BUT when it comes down to fitting a picture of the specified dimensions into the mount itself in this case advertised as 12x12'' it gets a zero. To fit a 12x12'' picture the aperture needs to be 11 1/2''x 11 1/2'' or less. leaving a reasonable amount for overlap. I mean it's not rocket science is it ? Doe's the person who cuts the mounts have any experience? Well because of this I have had to order a batch of mounts the correct seizes. I bought a frame just to see the quality first,and was intending to follow up by buying more on a regular basis for my photography. I have placed another order for 2 more, but not pleased with the crappy wrong seized nasty bright white mounts. Much better off white or iced white with texture. I do hope though that the supplier sells the frames with slightly smaller apertures to fit the advertised print seizes. Dave.

I bought these frames to put up some pictures in my sons bedroom. On arrival they looked great and seem pretty sturdy, however one had arrived damaged (glass was shattered in the package). Luckily glass had stayed within the cellophane wrapping and so hadn't scratched any of the other frames.When I notified PF+A of this they couldn't have been more helpful. Within a couple of days my replacement frame was on it's way. It is now here and is of the quality as the other frames.A decent amount of packaging is used during shipping so generally the frames are well protected. I think I must have been unlucky. Packaging is also 100% recyclable which is another point in this sellers favour.Overall I'm very happy with the frames themselves and the customer service I received. The frames are now ready to go up on the wall.

Really loved this frame. It came very well packaged and protected (unlike previous frame purchases which came marked and damaged) so thank you to the seller for that! The frame itself is gorgeous. My son did a beautiful diamond painting during this lockdown and we wanted to frame it for him. The frame fit perfectly! We are very pleased with the purchase and quality of this and will most definitely purchase another one from this seller when he's done his next one! Highly recommended.

I ordered 3 of these frames. They all came together in a well packaged box. 2 came with no damage at all. 1 that was in the middle of the 2 frames came with the corner of the frame not attached. I tried to fit it back together however the metal part connecting the frame wouldn’t go back into the other side. I used blu tac to keep it together as I didn’t want the hassle of returning it but soon came apart when I tired to hang the frame. Binned all 3.

Really pleased with this! It’s for my daughters class photo and will be so much better than the current blu tack solution. Was also pleased to see that packaging was all paper/cardboard so it can be recycled easily... no bubble wrap or polystyrene in sight! And of course the frame wasn’t damaged at all in it’s cocoon of paper. Very happy and would buy again from this supplier

I normally buy from Ikea but couldn’t get this size with glass, so these seemed like the next best option. They are a bit more expensive but they are the best value I could find. The arrived undamaged, seem well put together and look great on the wall. They are slightly slimmer than my Ikea ones but still have a neat shadow line.My only criticism (hence 4 stars) is that the hanging hooks on the back were not in exactly the same spot on all 3 of my frames. As they were being hung in a line together that meant some faffing about to position one of the wall fixings at a higher level than the others so that the end result was level.

They are amazing! I ordered three to hang on my walls and they look expensive and refined!!The only thing is, I really couldn’t work out how to hang them, the little hanging appliance on the back is flush to the back and so I ended up putting them on small adhesive hooks.Regardless they look brilliant and I’m very happy with them!(Taken approximately a week to arrive, for your reference!)
