The design is as I had hoped. The quality a generous B-This was purchased as a wedding gift for my Neice. There are several places on the basket where broken, split and poorly overlapping reeds were used. The lid is almost too wide for the handles to move up into carrying position. The winning is smaller than the basket which will cause rips as its filled with weighted items. The size is perfect. The color stain is beautiful. I would have paid more for better quality.

Amazing picnic basket
This basket is great! It’s able to hold so much food, so sturdy. I packed food for 7 of us, minus the drinks. I would recommend to friends.

Beautiful basket
I bought this to take on a picnic to a winery. It was perfect for our needs. In fact, people who saw me carrying this complimented the basket. I think a few baskets were purchased from Amazon while I was still at the winery.

Quality is not good
I had high hopes for this product. I received the basket today and I am very disappointed with the quality of the product. Yes, I paid it at a discounted price but to me it is not worth even with the discounted price. So glad I did not pay $85 for it. The material is very lightweight and thin and it needs sanding. I got a splinter when I touched the handle. The color is off and really the material is of low quality. You can’t carry the basket with the cover on because the cover is too big. The thin wood on the handle is coming off. I feel like it can’t carry anything heavier than 2 loaves of bread. I feel deceived!!!
