I loved the size as you could split one cake into two. The design was really elegant looking so no need to glaze or otherwise decorate your cake. On the downside realizing that they were not a metal pan I did set my pans on a cookie sheet to fill, bake and remove from the oven. When it came time to invert they were difficult to handle as they are so flexible I almost tore my cakes getting them out. And last but not least the designs are lovely but where they are so narrow and deep the batter really cooked quickly and was a little crunchy not the texture I was going for. Will use but may limit to jello molds.

My wife had no issues with these small fluted cake pans although the larger silicone bunt pans she ordered with these proved to be more of an issue since her first pound cake stuck along the sides and bottom and the finished cake looked terrible. The seller suggested spraying it but she purchased these silicone pans since they supposedly didn't require any pan spray. She may return the larger ones...

I like this product. It’s a nice silicon piece and as such it’s pretty easy to work with and clean, even if bits of cake sometimes do get stuck in the ridges. That being said, I do find that I need to use a baking tray or something else under these as it isn’t able to keep its shape when put directly on the oven rack. I’ve learned this the hard way after a couple of cake overflows. But I find if I throw a cookie sheet underneath just to give it a flat surface to sit on while it bakes, it solves the problem.

These are great! Thanksgiving comes and everybody wants a different cake! The perfect size for every one to have their own flavor cake with 3-4 serving! No wasting food because we couldn't eat it fast enough before that fresh baked taste has turned stale. The best part is the cakes come out beautiful! I even used them for stuffing molds! Awesome!!!

These are perfect for gift size cakes. Note that they come 2 to a package. I didn't realize that and bought 4 by mistake. They are easy to use. You just need to put them in a pan to put in the oven. They are too flexible to put directly on the oven rack.

Makes the most beautiful cakes. Make sure to coat first of course or cake can stick. They are “super easy” to clean. They can be flipped inside out to clean which makes cleaning them simple.

Very good product, I have been using it ever since I got it. But not very steady. You need to be very careful when you place it in the oven.
