I like the quality of this product!! I started taking gelatin this way: we had a small box of gelatin in our kitchen cabinets for a long time. One day I am like, "what can I use it for? What is it good for? " I went online and started reading about gelatin and collagen and how much we need it in our daily living. I decided to experiment and see what it will do to my body. My first experiment was not with this gelatin or collagen- I used the box we had, which was gatin from Safeway store. I used 1 tsp mixed in water and drank it. And, I'm very sensitive and notice changes in my body right away. So, I noticed very soon that it took care of my leaky gut and my sciatic nerve pain and back pain. I've no longer felt like a hollow tree. My guts improved too !!! I've started feeling like 17 again!! My sciatic nerve pain. Which was caused by torn disc in my back , T12 and L1, has decreased drastically!!!! Very drastically. If I felt pain upon awakening, then right now I feel like my youth has renewed and I'm back being a teenager. Gelatin and Collagen really filled my fractures, holes, and hollows in my body. It provided cushioning to my back, it sealed my guts, so it doesn't leak. I feel amazing now. Of course in all this, I give glory to my wonderful God who gives wisdom and teaches me how to take care of my body and myself. He is an AMAZING FATHER!!! So, of course, I urge everyone to try out and experiment these products, Zint Collagen and Zint Gelatin. Use small amounts and see how your body reacts. I also gave gelatin to my mom for her knees- she reported to me that she feels less pain in her knees and can walk better. All glory to God!! Thank you, Zint, for this wonderful products!!!!

A friend of mine recommended adding gelatin to my daily diet to help my nails recover from an injury. I've always had weak nails, and the recovery was going rather slow. Since I started taking the gelatin, I've noticed that my nails have grown out faster than they had previously and are also stronger and healthier than before.(NOTE: This is NOT a miracle cure! It is a nutrition source your body uses to maintain and repair itself. My nails still took some time - as in weeks - to fully grow out and recover, but I did notice quite a bit of improvement during this process. Though some people notice improvements faster than others, no one's body can fully repair damage to hair, skin, nails, joints, etc. over night.)Please note:1) I have not tried other brands of gelatin. I decided on this brand due to the manufacturer's reported efforts to involve environmental considerations into the production process (free-range, grass fed bovine), and the fact that it is kosher as well as minimally processed.2) I simply take the gelatin with water. I have not used it in recipes (jello, gummy bears, etc.), so I can't attest to how well it does with that - though, I can say it does not have a strong flavor (unless you are extremely sensitive) and gels quickly.

I first purchase this product one month ago as I looked for a more cost effective brand of gelatin and collagen peptides. I cannot speak to any of the health benefits I've experienced as I haven't noticed any significant improvements to date (I eat a relatively clean, whole foods based diet). I've used it to make whole fruit gummies and it gels well.My skepticism arose when I started seeing all these "honest reviews" in exchange for a discount on the product (or free product, compensation, etc.) - that is usually a red flag for me when I make purchases on Amazon. To date, I've purchased about 6 bags of collagen and gelatin within a few weeks because of the great price. For the record, I have not been offered any sort of compensation or discount from the company.I give this four stars because in comparison to other way over priced brands on the market, the price is reasonable for a quality product. I have placed this item on the Amazon Subscribe and Save program.UPDATE FEB 27, 2016: Since posting this review, I've noticed the price for both the gelatin and the collagen increasing rapidly. The company sent an email (well after posting my original review) to write a review for their products and offer a discount. I did not use their discount code, and with their sudden price increases, I'm not entirely sure I will continue purchasing their products.

So thrilled to finally have found this product!!!! About 6 (?) years ago i was searching for a product like this and it did not exist. i had taken regular old Knox brand gelatin and got good results for my finger nails and hair and skin...but did want to continue with that product after i gave it some thought over the source of gelatin. ugh. I tried the great lakes brand about a year ago. That was way too disgusting odor, i never could get myself charged up enough to take it consistently. Finally threw it out. Zint has been a true blessing in that it dissolves quickly, HAS NO ODOR that i can detect and great packaging. I like to add a packet or two of stevia powder and feel like i am having a desert and i like to drink it rather warm, almost hot. It may be a while for me to see results in skin, hair, and nails but i believe it will be better for my body down the road than the Knox brand because the source is 'clean'.Thank you Zint!
