Im giving this 4 stars because it’s a good case, very protective, comfortable and feels nice and decently premium (little plasticy though)Plugging in the charger is so smooth and perfectly guided into the charger port.But the Cons outweigh the Pros:-Case is too thick-Sound is very muffled (when recording a video, you can hear where your fingers are on the phone, every minor movement of skin, makes a squeaking/rubbing sound.-FaceTime sound is horrid-I don’t really feel safe with the waterproof charger seal they have on this case. It opens far too easy.All the cons, sadly made me return it, just going to wait for lifeproof I guess :D

Took these on a 35 day trip to Philippines which included 6 hour canyoneering trip, 5 hour snorkeling, 5 beach trips, 2 kayaking trips, around 20 hours of swimming/hanging out in the water, 5 hour atv trip. This case was waterproof, dust proof and protected our phones on our adventure filled trip. The picture quality was as if no case was on the phones. The only downside was the strap broke a few days in and also feature wise the strap didn't tighten to your wrist just a loop to stick around your wrist. Cannot take under water pictures have to start video recording prior to going under as the screen doesn't react to touch once under water. Great buy!

The case fits great... Double the case but there is one thing I don't like anybody can't hear me I have an iPhone 11 pro max at the bottom of the case it blocks the speakers so nobody can't really hear me unless I open the lid So that's why I gave it three stars. I don't think I'm gonna try the waterproof

I do feel like my phone is protected but the main thing I do not like about the case is the sound is very muffled. I feel like the sound is trapped in the back of the case. Sounds weird but I do not know how else to explain it. Also, when I am on calls, people say it sounds like I am far away. When recording a video you have to be VERY still or the case causes the sound to pick up every single tiny move. It’s annoying.

I really like this case, especially the waterproof part, due to having my phone close to water frequently! I also enjoy the wrist handle that can be attached to the phone as it has came in handy frequently as well as I have a bad habit of dropping things.

Bought for my sister in law. She hated it. Said she can’t hear her conversation, same with the opposite person, she’s talking too. She tossed it and bought a different one

Case was cute. The plastic cover that goes over the screen didn’t leave out the sour for the speaker on the phone.

I would take a photo but it’s already on my phone . The next day I reached for my new phone that the day before I put the case on & started to retrieve my data from my old phone & noticed all kind of scratches and deep ones that’s scary it was on my desk & I live alone so they must been there & I didn’t notice it because my phone was o. While I was installing the case onto my phone . Then this case got worse I couldn’t hear no one my ear hurt so bad by pushing the phone into my head so this case will be only for trips around water
