When Customer Service wins a fan for life!
I am a fan of pocket knives and I use them as tools on a regular basis. I found this little gem back in September of '14, and have sincerely enjoyed it ever since, up until about two weeks ago, when one of the screws loosened and the pocket clip fell off. I didn't want to throw it away because of how much I like it, so I searched high and low for a "fix-it" solution to no avail. Finally I contacted the SARGE company itself in hopes that they would be able to provide me with the missing screw so I could fix this baby myself.Well, the SAME day I emailed SARGE, someone got back to me and let me know they would be able to help. Needless to say, surprising in this day and age. Imagine my UTTER SHOCK when a mere 4 days after contact, I receive a package in the mail with A BRAND NEW KNIFE and a SARGE cap to boot! WHAT? WHAT?Great products, affordable prices AND OUT-OF-THIS WORLD customer service? A great small knife
The media could not be loaded. I think my video/photos do it justice. Once you get used to it's size and shape it's very easy and quick to open.

The thumb knob broke off within a week and the blade separated from the handle within a couple of months. I expected better from this knife
