My teeth are a mixed bag - some I can floss between easily and others there is next to no space. This has been great on my bottom teeth to help with plaque removal. Only used once so far.Great stuff if you can fit it between but if you struggle with floss, you’ll struggle with this tape. I’m going to persevere though!

I’m having tooth straightening and had a tooth that had staining, I’ve used the 4mm medium thickness tape, it’s thick enough to use like a floss between the teeth and durable enough to polish tooth surfaces. It has removed the staining off my teeth easily!

Would highly recommend Excellent Product :) , BUT WARNING, If you struggle to fit normal dental floss between your teeth then this product is not for you

I'm not the greatest at dental hygiene or dieting, but I'm trying to get better. And during that period, this has definitely helped remove plaque and such that floss just can't budge.

For filing teeth, easy to use

Use with caution. It is possible to cause damage with these by overuse. Otherwise works as intended.

Very happy with these, good value for money and very effective.
