This is my fourth bcozzy purchase over as many years. I have CP, which requires me to be in a power wheelchair 18+hrs/day, cervical stenosis, and chronic migraines. I have tried a zillion types of neck pillows. These have been a magical lifesaver! I have one in my office, car, bedroom, and this particular upgrade is AMAZING for what you need targeted head and neck support because of the customization features. Thanks for such an extraordinary product! I will be a bcozzy customer for life.

I bought this pillow for a long flight from London to the US. On that flight it was useless. The velcro didn't hold, thus it didn't support my head. And I had 10 plus hours to adjust it. Every time I got cozy it popped loose and my head fell over. It was worthless! Do not buy! I bought it early and my trip lasted a month so I can't get a refund but I'm trashing it. If I could give it a 0 on everything but traveling, I would; but it does fold flat. 😖

For those that travel a lot or do over seas traveling. This works way better that the bulky pillows you find in the airport. It is inflatable for people who don’t want your neck pushed forward while you are in flight. so you blow it up to the size and thickness of your own neck. In other words it is personalized. Love it!"

While the concept of supporting the chin, in addition to supporting the head on the sides is a great idea, this pillow didn't do that great of a job. As some other people noted, the velcro does not keep the pillow in position, as it comes undone quite easily. The large size is rather small - velcro did not overlap completely (Probably why it kept coming apart). Maybe I should have bought the XL? But my neck is pretty small (like the rest of me). In any case, $29.97 (plus tax) is an outrageous price to pay for a little plastic inflatable pillow with a synthetic cover. It's a good thing I got it on sale on prime day. Even then, a cheap, $10 neck pillow did a better job of supporting my head.

I am just being candid - I have never written a review. Had the supplier responded to my concerns and resolved the issue I would not have taken the time to write a review. The item did not inflate. You could blow into it manually as instructed but there was o way to reduce the airflow back put so by the time you tried to put the plug back into the blow tube/hole, all of the air was 100% gone. It was actually comical like I was being set up for a hidden camera clip. I would gladly have exchanged for a functioning one, but my requests for assistance were ignored (and my requests were not emotional, rude, nor unporfessional.

I bought the inflatable one and it worked pretty well on my long 14 hour plane trips. I'm a side sleeper so I put the stacked part on the side (instead of in front) and used a plane pillow to lean my head on and I slept for 6-8 hours straight on the plane.Pros: very comfortable and supportive, slept easily.Cons: the Velcro holding it together isn't very strong and would often come apart while I slept. However, that may have been because I have long hair that kept the Velcro from properly sticking together the whole time.

This is the first neck support pillow that I’ve owned that is tapered down thinner across the back of the neck so you can lean back comfortably on a flight or reading in bed. It also wraps over itself under the chin for added support. Very easy to inflate/deflate and stores away in a small storage bag (which is amply sized for ease of getting the pillow in and out). I have a chronic pain issue in the top of my cervical spine so this pillow helps emmensely!

Amazing neck pillow. I wanted something that folds up small for a flight. This neck pillow was great; inflates with just a few breaths and deflates very quickly with a large valve. It was comfortable and I got several in-flight naps :-)
