Easy read filled with information on all types of bees. I read it super fast and was wanting more. The artwork is beautiful as well. Highly recommend

Love this book! I follow the author on Instagram. I have gifted this book and several of her other books because her work is so wonderful. As a retired beekeeper I appreciate the detail of information, accuracy, and beautiful art work, detail and care of teaching about bees. This book is great for people who are interested in learning about bees, or would just like an interesting book to keep at the office or at home on the coffee table. Also great for kids, to teach them about the fascinating world and life of bees!

Too much talked about bees and flowers being evolved.

I have referenced Hilary's website on beekeeping for quite some time. When I saw she had this new book on bee's I thought I would order one. It's a nice little book on bees for the beekeeper or someone totally new to bees. The illustrations are fabulous. And after years of keeping, I even learned a few new facts.

Bees are SO important! I learned so much from this book and I pass on that knowledge to my children. The Little Book Of Bees is a must read. It has a lot of great information and it’s beautiful. You can definitely tell that it was written by someone who loves bees. The illustrations are beautiful too!

Can’t rate this little book high enough, lovely read filled with everything you need to know, i read it as just having a general interest in bees, but will now use in my homeschooling.

This is a gorgeous book which I found to be pitched just right for a beginner bee-lover like me. It covers everything from types of bee and their basic lifestyle, to attracting bees to your garden and uses for honey.The illustrations are beautiful - I really enjoyed looking at them.The book is a good size and the pages substantial. Really good quality.Great book!

I so wish that the Amazon listing had come with images of the pages. If it had then I would never have bought. Best suited to children, the book is a series of snippets in short sentences - factoids, if you like - about bees alongside numerous illustrations. Nothing to it and certainly not the literary work I was seeking. For the first time I'm going to return a book to Amazon.
