Received this today, as promised. This is a huge battery. It's about an inch taller than the S8 plus, just to give you an idea. It has two USB ports and the USB-C port. When opened the package and removed the battery from the box. The LCD screen has something that appears sticky on it. Tried cleaning it off but didn't come off. It was already charged 75% out of the box. I plugged my S8 plus in. Within 5 minutes my phone went from 63% to 79%. The charger itself went from 75% to 59%. It seems to drain fast. You wouldn't think that, due to it's size.Update:: After response from company, I found out I made a stupid mistake. I didn't see/nor realize there was a sticker on the LCD screen. As for the battery itself; oh my gosh this thing charges faster than plugging the S8 Plus into the wall. I've had this charger for 3 days. I have charged my phone 3 times on the 75% (out of box). It still has 14% left. I've never had a portable phone charger to charge this quick. Awesome product. Plus the company responded very quickly to my initial review. I would/will recommend this product to everyone. Thanks for a great product.

This power bank its very very heavy, so not good for carrying it aroundin your purse on daily basis, I use this power bank only for traveling, but it's fantastic and durable

I have like ten power banks cause I always have old phones.Ordered this one - just cause - and im more than happy.Consistently - it charges my phone fast - has multiple ports - itself it charges from the wall quickly - I feel like its kinda an investment really.The convenience of just pulling this guy out is so worth itGone are the days of trying to find a plug in lolI remember my phone dying in a foreign country once and I needed my mate to pick me up from a train and I didn't know where my was - nightmare - this woulda fixed it in a second. I love this battery! It got me though a week of camping. I have the LG v20 phone and the fast charge worked beautifully. I now use it daily to charge my phone.

This is the best power bank I have ever purchased. It comes at a great price and charges devices very fast. At 24000mAh you get a LOT of charges before you have to charge the bank itself. Also, I had a great experience with customer service. There was a problem with my original product and I got a response and solution in less than 24 hours. My new product has arrived by the way!!

very quick charges! As it states, it will read your device and determine the optimal charge for it to get you back up and running. I've charged multiple items and am yet to recharge the power bank. It is larger, but that is because of it's enormous capacity. High quality and I will recommend this to other buyers without reservation.
