Worked for Me, and Fast
I'm now age 72. I've had gout since April 2010, and have had 15 attacks in almost 12 years, although most of them have been minor and only 4 have been major. The first one in April 2010 was major, one in April 2015 was the worst, and on both occasions I got one-time prescriptions of colchicine, but I have never permanently gone on colchicine or any other prescription medicine. Instead, I try to abide by a gout-preventative diet but occasionally get lackadaisical or careless and mess up, or I learn something new about what's not gout-preventative or gout-neutral but an attack risk. Another of the 4 major attacks was in October 2013. My most recent attack began January 3, 2022, after 22 months without an attack and then dietary mess-up, and within a few days it had become one of the 4 major attacks mentioned above, either second or third worst with the 2010 attack being third or second and the 2013 attack being fourth. After about eight days of sometimes misery and minimal improvement if any, an order of the Natures Craft Uric Acid Formula arrived in the postal mail. I took two capsules, and together with ibuprofen and foods I have grown more confident of than others, my pain substantially decreased, and my resultant mobility greatly improved, within about 24-30 hours. The tart cherry extract the formula contains is an obvious plus, if you've read anything about gout and what's said about cherries, but the other ingredients are probably well thought-out, also, and highly supplementary in importance. Basically, you're trying to not just reduce the inflammation but also to work at dissolving the jagged crystals causing the inflammation and pain in your big toe knob or wherever. One last aside from my 15 attack experiences is that I have come to doubt that foods that are supposed to be good for gout prevention are still good, or even okay, to eat once an attack has happened. You may have to experiment.

May need to take it for extended time, but Great Impression of the Company!
I bought this Nature's Craft Uric Acid because I started a keto diet and began waking up every day 6 am to urinate and in past 2 months it started to hurt a bit in the lower pelvis area. This was the highest rated and lowest cost so I tried it out. Honestly, it's hard to say if it helped or not. I think it did help reduce the pain of what I presume is an excess uric acid build up, but it could also be excess ketones my body needs rid of. Not sure.I only got the 60 cap bottle, on a budget. I took 3-4 pills a day for the first week, then dropped down to 2. My results are from 3 weeks of that regimen. You may need to take it for extended time to help issues like mine, also worth noting that my issues may not be due to what this specific bottle addresses.I did not take this under any Dr's orders so I am not a reliable case study. That said, those who use this for gout control seem to have great experience. The company has nice promos too, it seems like a good value product. DYOR before just buying something of course! It seems this is worth a try, if it fits into a medical plan that's designed for your needs. You may just need to experiment regardless!

Worked better than Colchicine for my gout attack
My first gout attack was 10+ years ago in my mid 30's. Deep family history of gout and RA, enough to know that the medical community is clueless about root causes of high uric acid levels and especially what causes an acute gout attack. Until a couple of years ago my attacks were limited to about one per year with diet and exercise. I've kept an active prescription of Colchicine for attacks. Colchicine certainly helped to reduce the length of the attack and even seemed to ward off some full-blown attacks if taken at an early enough stage of an attack. But anyone who has ever taken Colchicine knows the awful intestinal side effects. Two years ago my attack frequency ramped up to 3-4 times per year, enough for my doctor to check my uric acid level a few months ago which was 8+. My doctor told me to let him know when the attacks became so frequent that I was ready to get on a long term uric acid controller like Allopurinol, a drug my Dad has taken for 20+ years. I researched that family of drugs and was not shocked to learn the incredibly scary side effects of prolonged use. My search for an alternative to reduce uric acid levels led me to natural remedies like tart cherry and milk thistle, and to supplements like Natures Craft.A few days ago my second acute attack in the last two months hit in the middle of the night. I decided to try one of the supplements I had researched instead of Colchicine and ordered the Uric Acid Support Supplement. My first dose (2 capsules) was taken at the end of day one of the attack. I woke up the next day feeling like the attack had leveled off. I took one capsule on the morning of day 2 and another that night. When I woke up this morning the attack had broken but still had the intense soreness that typically lingers for a few days after an attack. I took another capsule this morning and before noon I was close to 100%. And all of this relief with ZERO intestinal problems!Very interested to see how daily use affects the frequency of future attacks and my uric acid level. But even if this supplement is only effective for treatment of this single attack it will have been worth it. If you have chronic gout you will end up searching for alternative treatments at some point because the medical community is useless for treatment and prescribes drugs with side effects worst than long term effects of an elevated uric acid level. Give Natures Craft a try, I am extremely pleased that I did.

Follow the crowd: (Updated)
I bought this brand mainly because the reviews were so positive. I just had my first ever gout attack, and I don't care to ever have another one. I will try these for awhile, and I will then update this review as to whether or not I think that these are helping to prevent the return of my gout. I think that these are expensive, but coming down with gout is no laughing matter. I was examined and treated by a podiatrist, and the gout has left me for now. UPDATE: Saw that doctor on Feb. 6. Started taking these on Feb. 14, and as advised from internet articles, started drinking at least 8 cups of water per day. A flareup has not occurred. (Before I started this regimen, I had one mild flareup.) Shop around--I found this exact same product in the exact same bottle from another source for almost half the price.
