Nice set!
This set is great quality for some backyard fun. I made two cement buckets with 1 1/2 PVC pipes in them to support the set, which made it sturdy and quick to put up and take down. I have no plans to leave it up days at a time, so hopefully will last for years to come since it will be minimally exposed to the elements. I will say one raquet had the grip tape start to unravel, but that was an easy fix.

Great value - great quality set.
Carefully analyzed and assessed reviews of this product and went ahead with purchase. We were looking for something more rugged than the usual flimsy and cheaply made badminton / volleyball sets and this item is a serious upgrade to two previous purchases! The net and supporting ground tackle are of industrial strength and won't wear out after a few uses (again, as was case for previous versions bought). The volley ball and badminton rackets are good quality, but not great, and you can certainly upgrade if you're that serious! The design and construction of the bag that comes with the set is also awesome - everything fits right into it and it's lightweight and easy to lug around to the next family get together!I'd also add I thought this was a very good value on Amazon - we'll use for many years to come and while not the cheapest set out there, certainly good value for use and money.

Connecting metal parts too weak to support the net
We used this once. The stakes bent, and an "S" curved hook used to connect the nylon rope to the side supports is now more like a "J". It's not strong enough to support the tension needed to keep the net up, rendering it totally useless.

Perfect if you want to use it more than once.
High quality set, with robust parts for the net, end posts, and stakes. Really appreciated having the border-line that comes with the set as it was a much easier way to establish borders for play for the two different sports.Setup itself takes only ~5 min with two people involved (and that was without consulting the manual).I've played with plenty of less expensive sets and almost without fail they will start to fall apart within the first few hours of use. Conversely, everything about this set is designed for repeated take down and set up, with the apparent durability to enable that.Bottom Line: If you want to buy a "one and done" usage product, this isn't worth your money. If you want a product that will last for multiple cycles of take down and set-up, this is the set you should buy.

Great set! Regulation, Stable, but sort of not durable. Great fun and can't beat the price!
Can't beat the price. I'm going to start with the negatives of the set fit, but I gave it 4 stars still because there are lots of positives as well.Negatives:Really wish that it was more durable though. The metal stakes and tension hooks easily bend when put into the ground. The top of the net where it's white and says Baden (where the tension is) ripped after 6-7 times. The ball also popped after 3 uses. The way the poles are set up could have been way better. The buttons that you push down to attach the poles together are located under the net on the set up, so you would have to scrunch the net up to put together/undo the set. If they made the button a couple inches down, then the set-up would be way easier and it would make changing the volleyball to badminton court WAY FASTER. The spring button that puts the poles together is also not really attached to the pole in any way other than by friction, so it can easily fall out and be lost, so be cautious of that. Once it falls out, the whole set-up would be unstable and pretty much useless. There is also no way of setting this up at the beach. The stakes aren't long enough to keep the court taught (but if anyone else knows a way, I would be very happy to know).Positives:This set provided my friends and I lots of great fun over the summer. We all chipped in to buy it, so it made the price even better. When set up and put together, the court is very stable. A lot of sets just come with a rope for the boundary lines (that would always get tangled), so I really appreciate that this set comes with more of a band than rope, and it also comes with something that yo can wrap the band around so it won't get tangled! It also has a mark in the middle of the band so that you can set up the court evenly. I thought that was very helpful. It's also regulation size. All in all, I thought that the set was a lot more stable, not durable, than I thought. Wish I can get some replacements for the parts. The biggest thing for me is just the button placement on the pole. I don't like how they can easily fall out and that it is located under the net. Semi-easy set-up (definitely need at least 3) but doable with 2. But I do recommend this to people that would want to play volleyball/badminton at the park with their friends and family if they are on a budget.
