The trays are thinner than expected, but still seem to do the job. If needed, they can be doubled for extra support. They are fine for our 3 year old granddaughter when she visits but I wouldn't count on them for every day use. For the money, they served our needs.

Overall, these plates were very cute and a great price for all four. However, the yellow plate had a thin bubble of raised plastic above the adorable animals. I will have to take the plate out of circulation since I am not sure it's safe for my grandkids to use. I was unable to contact the company personally, and since the grandkids wanted to use the other ones right away, I just did not feel that returning all of them was worth the trouble. I would love if the company sees this and can send me a yellow plate replacement!

Very large plates perfect for portioning and keeping food separated. Plates are a little thin and flimsy especially after washing.

We find these plates to be very useful for our young kids. It makes portions easy and keeps their food separated so if anything is saucy it doesn't mix with other things on the plate.
