This is a review of the stainless steel roasting tray, large. I have given it an overall 4 stars because if you want something similar in stainless steel from a 'big name' brand you'll be looking at six times the price - and you won't get six times the performance or results. Yes, you get that for which you pay: the overall structure is a bit tacky, it's 1-layer (not tri-layer) and the riveting is not perfect (you can see indentations where the rivets grip the steel). But at least they did use rivets - one up from basic spot welds - and the edges are nicely rolled and smooth. The base has three parallel 'grooves' which are about 1 or 2mm high. No idea what they are for, unless it's to maintain rigidity. Overall, despite reservations, this does feel solid in the hand and looks more expensive than it was.

Does its job. Relatively expensive, in my opinion, but worth the money considering that pots of this size are not easy to find for induction.

I bought this product for my granddaughter. She likes to cook a gammon joint for Christmas. I think she probably hasn't used it as yet, but I'm sure she'll find it useful.

It does want it said in description. But too small for my family. Apart from size it very good value for money item

Does not work on my induction job which I brought it for to do my gravy etc for Christmas dinner. It does state on the details that it is for all hobs

This is a good tray for roasting, and is easy to clean
