The vest is tight but not in a supportive way think more of a base layer /wetsuit and that is nearer the fit.I certainly didn’t notice a difference in terms of shape /form an I ordered a size smaller than chart suggests.Material seems ok although I would not think it is very breathable if you were to wear it on a night out for instance. Overall I would say it May be suitable as base layer but that’s about it.I purchased this based on Positive reviews and favourable price point. I can only assume the positive reviews have been left by people who have complied with into the ‘ leave a review and we’ll give you a gift’ card trick that seems to accompany every China origin item I’ve recently purchased.This is no different upon removing it from packaging a card was inside requestin I leave favourable review in return for a gift.No thanks but will be returning and requesting a refund.

well, it kind of does what it says, its a really firm elasticated garment. be really great as a warm base layer in the colder months. before I put it on I had a little potbelly sticking out, after I put it on I had a little potbelly in black sticking out. to be honest it did nothing to improve my profile, have to revert to my old method of breathing in all the time.

Hi all I no how hard it is to find the right product it can and has in my case cost a lot of money to get to the rite one I've paid up to £70 for one top most of the others were around the £50 mark but I've come across these and they are by far better than any thing I've come across they are a nice tight fit but so comfortable I've now just purchased 7 of these as I do where them most time honestly folks they hide alot of your man boobs and beer belly they are just perfect Amazon have delivered on time as normal even the firm that supplies this product are fantastic and very helpfull I really hope people find my review helpfull as I've said I do no how hard it is too get rite thanks just a add on I've now had my vests a few more months no and jus to say one of my best had a bit of material hanging from under the arm instead of cutting it with the scizzers I pulled it doing that was so wrong as it pulled a lot of the sticking away and ruined it it's my own fault like I say I should of just cut it of so I stick with my review these vest are great thanks

Seriously. I bought something similar, but with fasteners and a zip, which when worn proved to be a little uncomfortable.This however is a great fit, extremely comfortable under my regular day shirt and totally un-noticeable. The material is very breathable and provides just the right amount of compression. I'd be more than happy to order again. This item cannot be underestimated.

So I was really looking for the right Compression Vest and with so many to chose from I was really unsure which was the best one that really meet with my needs. However, I so happy that after weeks of looking through so many options I went the Bingrong Men Compression Vests Shapewear. It does exactly what it says it will and even the size guide is perfect. I am always doubtful when using the size guides as most just get it wrong but this one fits like a glove. The item it self feels fantastic and very well made. It feels to me that it will last a long time even with heavy use. Definitely worth the money.

I bought a few of these slimming vest to compare them. This was by far the best, but nevertheless not good.The material is excellent, but it reduced my belly circumference only by 5mm.It might be good for someone with a very large wobbly belly.

Good quality product , Materials feel great overall. I'm quite a big lad and ordered the 3XL but this was very tight on my 51" chest but i really struggled to get in on. I ordered the extra long and that was fine. I would recommend getting 1 or 2 sizes up depending on your chest/shoulder broadness.I know everybody's body shape can be different and for me i should have just gone for the 4XL which i will get again , No problems though as the 3XL went to my Dad who loved it.All in all a quality product that with the right size for you will do exactly what you want it to.
