Blackwater Medicated Food BWC01DM-1 lb Medium Pellets

What can I say, this stuff works. One of our pond goldfish developed droopsy. He was to the point yhat he looked like a ball and his scales were sticking out like a pinecone. We isolated him to a small fountain/pond, threw in some Epsom salt and fed him this food once every couple days. I couldn't believe it, but after about a month we returned him to the big pond looking healthy like the other fish.

Not a fan. The pellets are too big for my exotic goldfish although the image shows the pellets to be on the small side. Nope. Too big and I can't use these. I figured I'd crush these but they're almost impossible to crush! I just reverted back to Medi-Koi which are easier to crush for my exotic goldfish.

I have used this product in the past and its a good product so I ordered another bag this fall and am very disappointed it will expire in April 2016. Since I live up north our pond is closed from November and will not be re-opened until mid April and the product will be expired.

very good product. the pieces were far too large for my fish, but easy to chop up. unlike a few other brands, the fish enjoyed eating this.this stuff goes bad quickly (not super fast, but fast enough you shouldn't hold onto it for if your fish get stuck again a year later) and they give you a TON of it, so I gave the rest to my LFS, and they used it on their fish sick-tanks for the next month or two, and they were very happy with the results as well

I was treating my gold fish for over three months it was upside down. Then i bought these and in about a month he was happy healthy and swimming right side up. He has now been in the outside pond for about a month now and is in perfect health :)

or should I say my fish don't like it. The eat other medicated food, just not this one.

My koi loved this food after they figured out that it sinks instead of floating like previous food. It took them only one day to figure it out though. Most importantly, it did work at healing their fin rot. I would buy this again when needed.

Seem to work just fine. Had a sudden incident of mortality in my wife's fish pond..Purchased this product, used it, and the fish stopped dieing. Needless to say the Mrs is very happy..We all know that "When Momma is happy, everyone is happy". :)
