I am already A Apple Cider Vinegar Fan so finding these were so amazing. I love the way these make me feel. Now you will go to the rest room but that's because the ACV tablets are detoxing your body. I have read several reasons why apple cider vinegar should be taken daily (either liquid or pill form), and I didn't think I had anything to lose from trying it. Well, I believe I was wrong about that … it had made the tendonitis in my left wrist manageable without a brace plus my blood sugar and cholesterol have both lowered slightly. It can also help some people lose weight, but, sadly, I'm not one of them. I very much recommend this product for anyone that has trouble with tendonitis and arthritis - I hope it helps you as well as it has helped me.

I've been taking then for about 2 weeks now and I must say that since my last weigh in I've lost a half a pound, not extraordinary no but with prolonged use I'm sure I'll see even bigger benefits! The pill itself is a green capsule and tastes like apple cider vinegar (which us nice since I enjoy the taste) and most importantly they're easy to swallow! Take them 1-3 times a day after a meal and you'll notice a difference!

I haven’t been taking these long enough to see major results but so far I’m liking them. The bottle came double sealed so I was very happy about that. It has an herbal smell when you initially open the bottle but the capsule itself had no flavor. It was pretty easy to swallow and had no after taste. I will keep taking them to see what type of results I get. I received this for free but I would never give anything but my honest opinion about any product.

I’ve been taking acv with water and found these to avoid the taste and since I have been doing that i have not suffered nearly as bad with my allergies It’s helping with my cough a lot If I see any other great results from this then it’s a bonus Hoping it helps with weight loss but over all my allergies are way better

I had heard that Apple Cider vinegar was good for your health, but I'm not one to take a lot of supplements/pills. I did end up trying this product and really hadn't noticed much change in how I felt until I ran out and was off them for 3 weeks. I noticed I was eating more and felt more sluggish, so I bought another supply and I feel better already just after a few days of being back on them.
