I picked this brand of ink because it had the best review. I am aware that these are refilled cartridges and so there is a chance that they may not work. I bought the three pack (2 black and 1 color). I replaced my black ink and did the alignment page which printed perfectly. I started printing what I needed to and it didn't print correctly at all. So I reinserted the black cartridge and then my printer kept telling me to reinstall it or replace it. So I put in the 2nd new black cartridge and printed the alignment page which was good then printed what I wanted to with out any problem. I then ran out of color and so replaced that one. Those two cartridges have not had an error reading and print quality is just fine. I am happy with my purchase.I did contact Greenbox and let them know of my issue and they returned 1/3 of my purchase price to compensate for the bad cartridge. I am happy with this company and would buy from again.I will say that if you do not want to take the risk of receiving a faulty cartridge then go with the name brand.

This product is usually reliably good quality. I've bought several and was happy with them. However, the last purchase had one cartridge that didn't work at all--the print was blurry and unreadable. So I can't give it 5 stars.
