love the taste , really helped get rid of the cold , but needs be put up high so children don't get it , it is a taste just like candy

My son love it,same like me.It seems really helped when you have symptoms gonna catch a cold.But you must take it immediately, do not wait until it symptoms get worse.

Zicam makes a lot of great products. The gummies however are just more convenient then the swabs.

Taste like candies, easy to eat, but not find out any helping during the cold yet.

Yummy but a bit pricey

I’m a fan of elderberry and really like the flavor of these, I just wish these had less dye; I go around with a purple tongue for days straight when I’m using them. I feel like they do work very well when you’re religious about taking them. I start taking them the moment I feel a sore throat coming on, as that is usually how colds start for me, and I usually still experience mild cold symptoms, but they are very bearable and don’t last long. I work in a school and have hacking children in close proximity all day, so I like to always have a bottle on hand. Between these and my daily elderberry & zinc supplements, I've managed to stay pretty healthy all year. Pro tip: don’t brush your teeth soon after taking one. Mixed with the mint and foaming, it creates the most gag-inducing flavor I’ve ever experienced.

I teach pre-k and have caught every single bug over the past year. I just finished my first bottle of this stuff, and I somehow avoided both a stomach bug and a bad cold that had the other two class teachers out sick. I am reordering!
