they stick. their alright, they smell a little like wood though which is strange. the glass does not globb up on the tip so you can strike an arc stop and start again no problem. compaired to lincoln rods they are a different color. brighter like saw dust. but they work well. made in china. i got them for like 9.50 but their is campbell hausfeld ones made in america and they were 7.52 dollars. i bought the last two in stock cuz they were so cheap, but id look for them first before ordering these. and if these are 15 bucks you can go to lowes and get lincoln rods for less. same size/ weight

It sticks, sticks, sticks until it gets warm enough. After that it was pretty good. Had to set machine to max power, so once it finally gets goin, i really had to dance to keep from burning through the thinner metal.

The flux tends to crack on these rods but they run decent enough to get work done they run hotter than lincoln and forneys.

these are the best 6011 rods I have run so far on my lil welder. i have a forney 298 and these are easy to strike and maintain an arc with. I had Lincoln's brand from Lowe's before this same size and everything and nothing but sticking and problems. these blue demons burn smooth every time so far and were just 2 dollars more but worth every penny. very happy customer

I really liked these rods. They were easy to start. They made good looking beads. They came in a tube to keep them from damage. They came in one pound size that was good for me because I primarily use 6011 just for tacking up projects because they re-strike so easy. I'll buy them again when they run out.
